What's your Phishing IQ?

It can be very difficult to tell the difference between legitimate correspondence and the fake that are out there.  If you think you have never received a Phishing expedition email, you've probably already been victimized.  It's smart to play it safe and:

bulletNever click on a link or attachment in a message that purports to be from a company you do business with.
bulletAlways open a separate browser to go to your bank, financial institution, etc.
bulletIf you think a message is bogus, check directly with the company itself, don't rely on email as a secure link.
bulletRemember, everything (that's absolutely everything) you see in or on an email can be faked.

Remember, opening email is like opening your door.  Would you conduct the business you are about to conduct with a total stranger at the door?  That's exactly what you do with email every time you use it.  Currently, there simply is no safe, secure email channel available.
